Impressively Bad App – Bulbank Mobile Review

I am amazed that in 2021 an app can be this bad and dysfunctional. You could hire high school students to develop a more robust platform! They implemented these dynamic 3D passwords, a great idea in principle, but abysmally implemented. You essentially go to make an online payment and cross your fingers that when you open the Bulbank app you’ll receive the password as a little banner at the top. 99% of the time you won’t. Which means you’ll have to close and reopen the app an untold amount of times until by random luck you receive the password. If you have retried the purchase in that time, you will eventually receive all of the 3D passwords at once and you won’t be able to tell which one the latest is. Good luck have fun keeping the fries. to enter the right one under three. Compare that to Revolut, you make a payment online, you open Revolut, you click confirm, done. No retrying, no praying for a password to go back and enter. Your balance is perpetually outdated. Even though you can see all your latest transactions under cards > your debit card. The balance you see in your account (and even card) will always be outdated. Why can’t I see how much money I actually have??? Why can every other modern bank app do this and Bulbank can’t?! Everything in this app loads for ages. There is no excuse for this. Compare it with any modern bank app and you’ll see how ridiculous it is. I am so sad that I have to use this horrible garbage app for banking. Even if it’s just to transfer my money to a more usable app once a month I dread every time I have to open this app. Worst user experience on the app store.
