Nuts to be using it – Nutshell Review

I am a hardcore CRM user. Nutshell tries very hard to integrate the CRM experience, but doesn't do for my needs. There is key functionality missing that I would have expected such as better management of the sales cycle. Just another wannabe CRM clone in my humble opinion.
