All my data dumped and I can’t log on, yet the app knows I’m a premium member – CityMaps2Go – Offline Maps Review

I have had the premium service for a few years and used it constantly as an international airline pilot. All of a sudden all my maps and lists on both my iPhone and iPad are gone and the app says I don’t I have an account and it doesn’t recognize my email even though it told me it recognized my device as a premium user. This is crap, as I had a dozen cities worldwide with lists for each that I cannot recreate. If anyone from the app IT folks can answer I’d love to hear from you.
