Frustrating – Prime: When to post for Insta Review

The app doesn't work at all. I tried to log in to my account no less than 10 times. It goes through the log in channels just to throw you back to the log in page. IF and WHEN you manage to actually log in and use the app, it takes forever to refresh the account just for you to find out it wasn't actually refreshed. In addition the app claims that the refresh will only take a minute or less. Timed over two minutes. I paid for something I couldn't even use! Horrible!
