Needs work – Home Fitness for Weight Loss Review

I rarely write reviews but in this case I felt like it was needed before anyone wastes money on this app. Concerns: Adaptability.. I have been using this since November, the hit workout get your heartrate up prettty great, but they are lacking in making any changes. For example: some of exercise I couldn’t do for minute because of an injury and it wasn’t easy to make changes to the workouts. Length- some days I had extra time and would have like to be able to add an additional workout, it was not really great for changing the workouts. Unless you wanted to do one workout at time which defeats the purpose of a HIT workout.. Trouble area- most people have more then one trouble area they want to work on. You can only work on one at a time which for me I switched each week which wasn’t the best way to target those areas. Positives- I really like the workouts my heart rate was up and I did feel better after each one. The app how ever needs some work.
