Someone else playing my account? – Postknight Review

It was going great, loves the game even spent 5 bucks for an xp ring, then I log in today, it told me there was a newer save to load, and I’m now lvl 34 instead of 26, I’m in a totally new area with new items and less gems then I had. So someone is playing my account? I don’t even have it set up with email or anything so I don’t understand how this can happen. When I go to support there is also no way to submit a ticket or talk to anyone. Horrible service
