Confused – Roomstyler Review

I used Roomstyler on my desktop and really liked it. I downloaded the app on my iPad and can only view rooms. I wanted to use it to design rooms. That was the whole point. I don’t understand why I can’t do that. It appears that it’s only for viewing rooms others designed?
