You charge me every month for something that was supposed to be a one time lifetime payment – StoryZ: AI Art & Animate Photo Review

I have tried to contact your team about this issue and did not get the necessary support to fix the situation. Every month I’m being charged $3 something but It was supposed to be a ONE TIME payment of $40. It’s unfair that you have a great system to charge me, but not good support to fix this wrong charge. I like the app and that’s why I paid for the premium version, but out of courtesy you should reimburse me the extra money you have charged me.
