Can’t make an account – FOREO For You Review

Can anyone tell me why the app won’t let me create an account? It sends me a code, and I put it in and I get an error code (I tried typing the code... and then I copy and pasted). Expensive device... with a terrible app that you need to get instructions for the darn thing
