Love the game but needs to be improved – Subway Surfers Review

Hello. I absolutely love this game but when I play sometimes it lagged like really bad and I would like to know why. Also when I update the game the first time it got rid of my favorite characters. Honest it got rid of all of them except Trixie and Jake
