Great game but I have some issues/glitches – EverMerge: Merge & match game Review

I love this game and I play it every day, but I have run into a few problems. I am not sure if these are glitches or something. I have been on level 9 for two months now and my experience level is well over the required amount to level up (13350/4000). While at level 9, when i try to get another gnome, it says I still have to finish the tutorial?? I have been well pass the tutorial, but now I feel like I am stuck in the game no matter how much I play?? I love this game though, but I just want to know if this is a glitch or something wrong with my game? Thank you!
