Services not completed – Yelp: Food, Delivery & Reviews Review

I brought my dog in for her yearly vax and heartworm script AND to have her ear looked at because it was red, irritated and had some dried blood. Written down on the curbside intake papers was CHECK EAR. I called to ask if they actually checked the ear and was told a non-specific check list is typically preformed on each exam. I was asked if I wanted to bring my dog in to have her ear looked at again...but it was going to be another office visit charge. Why do I have to pay another service fee for the vet to actually preform the the service I brought her in for the first time. I suspect they treated this visit as a vax only visit and did NOT preform an exam. Dried blood in a sensitive ear could not be missed. I am so disappointed $117 for vax and check up...now they want another $50.95 to do what they should have done the first time.
