Poor Customer Service – TD Ameritrade Mobile, LLC Review

1. I have been trying for the past 2 weeks to speak to someone in Customer Service (800 number); finally, after waiting an hour, I was able to talk to an agent, and this is during normal times. 2. Field Offices closed and phones “ring off the hook.” Why can’t field office personnel work out of their homes, like other businesses are doing. This would solve a lot of problems. 3. Website contradicts itself. 4. I will soon be transferring my account to Fidelity. If TD Ameritrade/Charles Schwab can’t provide decent customer service, and field office personnel aren’t allowed to work out of their homes (like other businesses i.e., Wells Fargo, Loan Depot, etc., it appears the merger is a smoke screen and these companies are in trouble.
