Great app – Home Workout - Female Fitness Review

This app is really cool and helps me workout in a 8 min period which is so great bc I don’t always have enough time to go on a run. However after each rep of the workout you get a 10 sec break but you have no idea what workout is coming next. Which is not so great because we might transition from squats to crunches and as I’m getting down on the floor the crunch time has already started.
