No instructions with package – Fitbit: Health & Fitness Review

I find it hard to use and to go to Google for directions for everything to get this device to monitor sleep and activity. And to stop annoying messages all day long from other users that interrupt activity I am doing to see what they want. Would be nice if it told you how to activate it and keep track of things and stop interruptions. Why didn’t they include directions and information about what each icon meant?
