Don’t get gems when purchasing them – Island Village - Build Your Paradise! Review

Me & my friend have bought gems for this game. He lost $100 cause he purchased gems that he never received & I lost $50 in gems I didn’t receive. How can you take our money & not compensate us for what we lost? I love the game but hate not knowing if I’m going to get what I purchase.
