I play this game to alleviate stress from work. I like to win the prizes and do the HOF quests. However if you need technical support it is very very hard to reach someone. I lost millions in coins to issue in Splendid of Oz. Also if you want rare cards you have to purchase the packs which are expensive. Out of 6 packs purchased I may get 1 did not have out 16 I am still trying to get. For as much I play and bet, I barely get any HOF cards abs for the bonus set that finishes in 2 days I maybe got 1 pick so far today. I have needed 1 card to complete in the past 2 days, I suspect I need to buy several card packs and hope I get it. Not sure. I feel as though I should not be obligated to purchase but really I do not have a choice. When I need cards or coin. In the HOF quests there are coin sucking games. I wish they would consider that when adding games to the quest. Hence why you need coins. I feel as though prices have increased we are forced to purchase items just to win and get more points. HOF please start sending out more HOF abs bonus cards and just first level cards, reduce prices of packs and please make a way to contact support.
