Grateful – Noom: Healthy Weight Loss Plan Review

I have been doing Noom for about a week. I've lost 8 lbs. I jumped right in. I started exercising and making different food choices. I really like the daily reads. I like the layout of the app. I hope to continue feeling better about myself amd my relationship with food.
