Fail – Tomb of the Mask Review

The inability to double-tap to use a shield, making shields completely useless, remains unfixed since 2018. All attempts to contact customer service remain unanswered. Reinstalling fixed this, at least temporarily, but deleted all progress (besides the high score stored in the Game Center but not the app) and doesn't guarantee the issue won't reoccur. Other reported issues remain unfixed, including app stalling without internet, touch control inaccuracy/lag, inadvertent shield activation exacerbated by the lack of an option to disable shield activation via double-tap, immediate consecutive deaths from non-resetting orbs, lava jumping during freeze, similarity of appearance between teleports and disappearing blocks, unavoidable pop-ups for ridiculous subscriptions, and inability to disable rating invitations. Longstanding significant issues and nonexistent customer support are inexcusable.
