The application and the support Doesn’t work – Fitbit: Health & Fitness Review

I have contact the support many times they say they are working on the case, but after 6 months the issues hasn’t been resolved! I am having issues with this application for receiving notifications and lately to update the challenges that appears in the screen after completing it.
