I have some problems – Gacha Life Review

So its good and all but there are a few things that i have problems with so i deleted gacha life and downloaded it back just now i tried to get on but its just showing charactery people and it wont let me tap any buttons i would like you to fix that and there are a few times my screen will just go black, there are also too many ads maybe lower them down? There are also a lot of hackers. And i have a problem with the 9+ maybe higher it to 11+ or so? People are making very inappropriate videos on gacha and posting them on the internet and kids younger then 8 should not be able to see that just suggesting that you fix all of this
