Frustrated - Log In - AGAIN? – Solitaire Deluxe® 2: Card Game Review

I play this everyday and love racking up the streaks. I thought somehow, despite being on day 78! I had forgotten to play and reset my streaks to 0! Sooooo I bit the bullet and just started over. BUT after 4 days of vigilantly making sure I play daily and checking my streaks before the end of the day, my streaks started over - AGAIN! This bug happened once before and you fixed it. Is it happening again? I emailed support but never got a response.
