Crashes – Alien Hatchi - Virtual Pet Review

I've had this app for several weeks and twice now the app has frozen and the only way to unfreeze it is to uninstall and reinstall. The first time I lost all my in app purchases and my contact with support just said we're sorry it's not working but never responded to my inquiries about my purchases. Now that I've had 3 of my 4 hatchis die because of this freezing problem I don't think I'll be wasting any more time on it. The graphics continue to work but I can't select anything to feed or care for my hatchi, I was able to start a new egg when my alien died but the app quickly froze. I also cannot collect any fuel.
