Need to download the data every once in a while – Real Racing 3 Review

I love RR3 because it delivers a great experience on the go.but I’ve issues on my iPad since the last update,It asks me to download the data every 1week or so even though I’ve downloaded the all assets from the settings in the game.It’s frustrating to download the data again and again, please help!
