The SUPPORT staff doesnt care about the game or its players. – Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Review

I love the game itself, it is easily the game i invest most my time inti because i used to play so much League Of Legends, however you cannot have your cake and eat it too. Here the game is free, all champions but the champion Freya is free while skins and the like fund the game. This game is very free to play friendly, but is it worth an investment? Ive played this game endlessly for the past four months or so and im not toxic, dont cuss or anything. The game has a system in place that censors everything above and beyond making it so you might not even want to make friends in game. If you play safe and dont meet a certain standard of team participation then you get AFK punishment even if you play every second. If you have a profile pic that is safe for work, sometimes it still gets flagged as NSFW and gets taken down. If something doesnt come when you buy they will say check your inventory when things you buy dont go into your inventory and get activated immediately. You can share all the amount of pictures, explain and no one will help you. The issue is they have 100% faith in their game and the system in place that nothing wrong could ever happen, so they ignore and dismiss everything to reduce their workload. I have sent about 6, no less than 5 support tickets and not a single one has been successfully resolved. All have been closed in disappointment.
