Problem with card – Sam's Club Review

I am under my husband company. They buy and renew the membership.. every 2 years I have to drive to the store because it won’t accept my order.. management always gets involved. It always shows that my membership is paid. But they can never fix it. So they issue me a new card and number. I drive home and try to place order.it tells me that I can’t use my email because there is a card already attached to it?? Why ? This is ridiculous!right now I am using my work email because that is the only way I could place an order for coffee.. my husband works for Henry Carlson.. this is the 3rd time I have had to do this!!!!
