What is up with this game – Injustice: Gods Among Us Review

I’ve been playing this game for over 7-8 years now but the strangest thing happened, I opened the app after 1 year and most of my character’s level is decreased and the character promotion is decreased. Plz help like this is not funny, I played so much to reach this far and after 7-8 yrs of playing my characters promotions and levels are decreased. I was obviously going to give 5 stars but this just made me think again like what did I do
