Terrible customer service – EverMerge: Merge & match game Review

After upgrade, my castle rapunzel was completed but I have no mine for the next castle, the circus castle. I have emailed several times and each time gotten back a moronic response about how to build a castle! I can’t build a castle without a mine!!
