Update did not update the animal section – EverMerge: Merge & match game Review

I am running out of space, I have bubbles floating all over the place filled with animals and containers that I earned from events that I cannot use. Maxed out at level 31, with no update insight to fix that,And if I merge anything to space, I get no points for doing so toward unlocking new areas.. What a waste!
