App Crashing – The Sims™ FreePlay Review

Love this game, but I have not been able to play for months since the app crashes after seconds of opening the app, if I delete the app and redownload it crashes in less than five minutes, I recently bought a new phone and thought it will work like normal but the app keeps crashing, how can this be fixed? I miss this game. ???
