Horrible – Remitly: Send Money & Transfer Review

Used them for two years and all of a sudden they are holding my transfers for days. They asked for bank statements because they are being audited. I provided right away. They unblocked my account just to block it again and to request more information. Apparently it’s a Problem to send my money to my people. Deleted the app. Done with them. People were starving waiting on them. In the meantime my financial information is where ?
