Ad problems kill a great game – Minion Rush: Running game Review

I am so ambivalent about my rating. It bounces up and down, but I’ll settle finally on 2 ⭐️. I really enjoy this game, and play it often, but Gameloft fails on so many ad-related issues - and customer service - that I’m actually being generous. So, pardon the whinging, but by way of explanation: ***Ads often still fail to load, with the dreaded/bogus “C125-No internet” message, which I can sometimes find a work-around for, but shouldn’t have to. ***Recently 70% of ads are these stupid video ads, in landscape, that have no way of closing. Again, I can sometimes find a work-around, but shouldn’t have to. ***I haven’t received double bonuses for watching ads in ages, so this is just a lie and a cheat. And what happens whenever I have an issue and try to get help from C.S.? Crickets for about a week, then a flurry of “more info please” requests, then always the sam non-responsive conclusion: “I’ll forward this to the tech team...yada yada yada.” SSDD, and a great game suffers.
