Does the app not honour the primary subscription – Filmora：AI Video Editor, Maker Review

I have filmora 10 on my computer with the one time subscription. Well I did until my computer crashed, nonetheless I still have the lifetime sub so that I can get it on my new computer, I hoped that I could get the app on my phone to continue making videos but apparently there isn’t a way for me to sign in. Does the app not honour the full computer subscription? Seriously why would it not? If it does let me know how to sign in if not then I’ll drop the app and get a different editing software when I get a new pc because yeah that’s stupid.
