It’s using cellular data even though I’m connected to Wi-Fi – Skype Review

Just noticed my cellular data goes up by gigabytes when I pick up a video call. This is nuts, I’m connected to Wi-Fi. This must be a bug when you pick up the video call through the iPhone UI?
