No policy against racism – Moco - Chat, Meet People Review

I only use the nearby chat room and every time I get on it someone is posting racist comments, mostly directed towards black people. These people are comfortable spewing hate on this forum and there is no penalty for it. Evidence of this is in the amount of repeat offenses.
