Keeps kicking me off VIP – Sand Balls - Digger Puzzle Review

I love this game, I love it so much in fact I pay for the VIP(which is expensive) to have VIP perks and no ads. However, lately it keeps kicking off my VIP subscription in the actual game, even though my payments every week are going through. It's getting really old. I was playing this afternoon and all was fine but then by this evening it says I don't have VIP anymore. Someone please fix this glitch as it keeps happening more frequently, if not I'm cancelling??‍♀️.
