Broken network connection – Princess Connect! Re: Dive Review

I don’t know what is going on but after downloading and clicking on the title screen, it gives me an connection error pop-up. I have tried to reinstalling but it doesn’t work. I tried to check my UID and it was 0. I don’t know what to do to fix this issue, please help.
