Charge and never got access to Premium. – CamScanner - PDF Scanner App Review

I reached out to customer service in November and December 2019, they never gave a refund as I requested in my communication since I could not get the App to give me access to any premium features, my account was somehow stuck in trial mode. After them slipping a renewal in on me I finally contacted Apple and they cancelled, but this shady company never gave me access to what I paid for. I tried everything they asked and nothing worked. They will not give you a refund if you have problems like I did.
