Fair play – Hay Day Review

I love this app...I love decorating my farm. I’ve spent many dollars buying flowers, etc. But when the game says 5 pieces of the puzzle are available to earn, I expect to be able to get them. And when I don’t, I expect to be treated as a valued player. Unfortunately, although for the most part, its ok, the help is not helpful. Tired of begging for help and getting the run around. Frustrated today, but not the first time I’ve had issues. I was excited that we were supposed to earn puzzle pieces recently. I got 1 boat, not the 5 so I contacted the help line. Adelina said complete the boats and she will get me the puzzle pieces after the event is completed. I completed 6 boats, but when I asked her for the promised puzzle pieces, she said she can’t help. I’ve sent several requests for them and they keep telling me there’s nothing they can do. I only want what I’m entitled to, but I just got rejected again. I hope others report them like I have
