Stops streaming – Police Scanner Radio & Fire Review

When I go into a different app or if my screen just goes to sleep mode it stops streaming and l don’t hear anything. I thought buying the pro would alleviate this issue. Nope, Apparently not. Can someone tell me why this is happening and why would I or anyone pay money for this? Super Frustrated!
