Customer Support is Terrible – Blue Apron: Meal Kits Review

Customer Support needs to be improved. I did not receive a delivery and they said well you need to contact us after 8 pm and we will help you. It was 8:30 when I contacted them. They are clearly clueless. Plus, they could not tell me how long a delivery would remain fresh. They said well contact us if you receive it and we will tell you then. Shouldn’t they know this information? Very disappointed!
