Glitches – Urban Outfitters Review

I am so frustrated with this app. My gift card wasn’t working, so I called the help line. In the middle of me talking to an agent, the app logged me out and completely cleared my cart. Lastly, it took away my 20% coupon for my birthday, I didn’t even get to use it. It just cleared that coupon away when it cleared my cart. Lastly, your phone agents are unprofessional and ignorant: I had to talk to two different people because the first woman told me my gift card didn’t exist. The second woman did but said I was putting the PIN in wrong- she told me to use different letter and numbers than what was printed on the gift card to see if I could unlock it. Glad that you’re stores are a much better environment than the online experience.
