Game is good but need fixing – CookieRun: OvenBreak Review

I like this game and I really like the update and new things like cookies, maps, and events they add but the need to fix it and test it multiple time before releasing it because here are the problems I’ve been getting on this game and it’s frustrating. 1)The new Sugarteara map in breakout keep force closing the game for no reason after you reach a certain stage and won’t play despite you having energy from a cookie left or have cookie left to run. 2) I can’t play on Lobster Cookie trials anymore because everytime I click play it force closes my game. This been happening before where it force close my game and I go back on but I can still play on lobster cookie trial but now it just completely won’t allow me to play. 3) Friendly run doesn’t work bc halfway through or within two minutes of playing the game force closes. No matter which cookie I use or my partner use, it will force close my game or just completely wont allow me to run at all 4) (edit 1/28/21) Now trophy race is basically unplayable. Everytime I press play it kicks me out of the game. No matter what Combi I use, it still won’t allow me to play. This needs to be fixed asap since there events that requires you to complete trophy race or open chests. These events/game mode needs to be fixed please. I’ve send an email twice about the Sugarteara breakout issue but all I got was that the cookie run team is looking into it, but no respond yet but still the game is introducing new cookies instead of updates of game mode being fixed. I’ve send a email on August 2 and then another one on August 6, both were response about how it’s being looked into and it takes time to fix these kind of thing. However, wouldn’t you fix the problem first before introducing newer things?
