I messaged them on their 2 main social media accounts and they didn’t even bother to reply for almost a year now. If their service works for you then fine but I strongly suggest no one bother subscribing or even contact them if you have issues UPDATE AFTER THEIR REPLY: No my issue isn’t reinstall fixable and guess what? I already emailed you with so much details to this email you just shared and another email address from your website and no one replied for 2 weeks
