Beyond disappointed – Disney Magic Kingdoms Review

I had this game for years and I’ve been playing for a while I linked my Apple ID to my account with my Facebook then it crashed n all my progress was gone but here’s the problem I got in contact with there customer service online and didn’t get a reply back for 3 whole months which is beyond me but when I look they told me to redownload the app and that didn’t work and now I’ve got nothing this was almost 6 months ago and I’ve still haven’t gotten any real help truly disappointing
