Get Rid of the Match-3 Nonsense – Survivors: the Quest Review

I was actually enjoying this game. The graphics, the storyline, the gameplay, very interesting. It has the Match-3 mini games and a hidden object style to finding objects you need (usually, I hate Hidden Object Games and avoid them like the plague) that wasn't too bad. I really liked the characters and tending to their needs like an RPG. However, the Match-3 are a bit much and they are starting to get on my nerves. Some of them are too hard for too little time to complete and if you fail to complete the rounds of either 3 or 5, you have to start all over again with only two lives to do it all. I'm trying to fix the bridge and I'm stuck at this Match-3 with five rounds with only two lives. If the game becomes too annoying and frustrating, I will delete it. Games are supposed to be fun, not irritating. Edit: 10/07/2017: Well, I made it to Level 25 and as I was playing yet another Match-3 portion of the game to move on, the game crashed and I haven't been able to play since. It's been over a week and every time I try to open the game, it will try to load then crash. Support has been helpful but they haven't figured out why this is happening so I'm waiting. Hopefully, they'll figure out what's wrong. Wish I could find another game like this one. Edit (11/20/2020): Wow. It’s been awhile. I resumed playing the game and I was immediately reminded why I took a hiatus from this game. They still have the Match-3 nonsense...for everything! Even when you prepare dishes, guess what? You play a Match-3 game for THREE rounds! I remember when all you had to do was wait about an hour to get your dishes, then it changed to the mini-game and you only played for one round and your dish was ready. When did they change it to THREE rounds?! Ugh! Annoying! Guess I’ll be taking another hiatus. I really like the story too. Pity. Edit (01-28-2021): I made to the cruise ship. Do they plan to update it?
