Unhappy with My App Purchase – Weekly Ads & Sales PRO Review

The only reason I purchased this App was to compile a grocery list. When I saw that it offered a list, I bought it without reading the reviews. What did I get for my $1.99 that the free App didn't already have. If I had to write out a list myself, what is the benefit of your App's shopping list? What am I not understanding about this Pro App?
