Where is zero stars when you need it – Sticky Notes App + Note Widget Review

So I looked at the reviews and saw that there were more good ratings then bad so I was going to download it so I did and then everything was going great but when I tried to make a note IT WOULD NOT EVEN SHOW UP!!!! So I got really mad and ended up deleting the game. ???
