Decent app, but I'd check out "Total Pay" app first – Military Pay Calculator Review

App could use a lot of improvements. App has a very poor design displaying army background. Ok job implementing deductions, but definitely not worth $0.99. Total Pay is a solid military pay calculator app, which looks and functions much better than this app.
