Where can I get seeds? – Ocean Is Home 2: Island Life Review

Hello, I’ve been playing this game since the first release and I love it! However I’m having trouble finding the vegetables to cook in the oven. I have a garden bed but where do I need to go to get the seeds? I’ve been to the markets and I don’t see that they are selling them, and the pawn shop takes them for coins but doesn’t sell them. Otherwise I’m loving the update! Thank you!
